Hi Chibueze, I can help get your phone to excellent working condition. I understand that you can not connect your phone to internet either through WIFI or through cellular network data connection. Before I give you a comprehensive solution, I will ask you few questions which I will love you respond here as soon.
But before I ask you the questions, please do the following first and let me know if it works:

1. Put your phone on flight mode and turn it off again. Do this severally
2. Restart your phone.
3. Forget saved WIFI connections and re enter password again.

2. Does your tablet see available WIFI networks? Once you turn on the WIFI icon and hold it, does it display available WIFI networks around you?
