Hello, there are many reasons why your Innjoo phone refused to power up. From experience, the most common problem is that you need the follow come adapter to charge and boost it for a long while before it comes up.
So I advice you plug it with the right ‘charger’ and leave it for up to 30 minutes. It should come up.
But the problem can also be a hardware issue with the charging port.
