Please help. I downgraded DSTV from the N6,800 to N2,000/month. I paid using Zenith Bank app and its only showing channel 100. I have tried calling DSTV number but it isn’t reachable. What should I do?

Hello Bola,
This issue can be frustrating, I am writing from experience. What I recommend is that you call DSTV customer care line 09082368533.
Next time, I recommend you download the DSTV app and do your downgrade from the app. I think it is faster and more effective that way.
